  1. Escalation and quiet hours

    Critical alerts that nobody acknowledges are sent again to an escalation channel. Warnings can wait out quiet hours.

    • Escalate after 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
    • Limit a channel to some clients, or keep it for escalations only.
    • A weekly summary email, next to the daily digest.

    A 30-day grid shows every backup's result per day. TV mode puts the Overview on an office screen and refreshes it every 10 minutes.

    Sign-in can ask for a code from an authenticator app, and owners and admins can require it for the whole workspace.

    Alerts can go to a Microsoft Teams channel. Teammates can be invited by email, and failed alert sends are retried.

  1. Monitoring from report emails

    Each client gets an address for its backup reports. Every report updates its job's status, and a report that does not arrive is flagged.

    Failed and missing backups are sent to email, Slack or PagerDuty, and a recovery resolves the alert.
