• To generate the reports and dashboards you request.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate BackupSentinel (such as hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing), and only to the extent required to provide the service, or where required by law.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time; some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard safeguards.
